8-31-2020 The Lord says, there are many leaders where they have rejected their promotion to stay in what was comfortable to them and to stay in a place of what they have known and done for so long, even for many years. They took what was supposed to be a promotion from me, the Lord, as a sign of being irrelevant or disrespected by the younger generation, because they did not see how I was moving in their life and setting them up for something much greater and much bigger. The Lord says, many leaders have failed to make necessary transitions to what I have for them now, because they can’t see how I am going to work things out for them in their present and in their future. The Lord says, there is a generation of leaders that they were supposed to bless an upcoming younger generation and empower them and pass on a mantle to them to continue in the faith, but instead they cursed them out of a spirit of fear, because they were intimidated by them and felt like they were being replaced. The Lord says, I am calling on an elder generation to reverse that and to rescind those curses and to bless what I have raised up for these times, and I am calling on an elder generation to rectify those things, which they released on the youth from them not understanding how I was moving upon the generations. Heaven has rewards laid up for those that are obedient and that will take up this matter before it is too late and before a move of my Spirit is hindered in the earth once again, says the Lord! 

8-30-2020 When you speak as a prophet, there are many things that the Lord would have you to speak that will be bits and pieces for everybody. You will be used of the Lord to deposit and to deliver confirmation, information, and revelation and pour into the lives of others. Be up for the challenge, says the Lord, because my Word will not come back void or be in vain, but it will produce that thing that I assigned it to bring forth and give birth to, says the Spirit of the Lord God, so speak what I give you with great boldness, says the Lord God! 

8-29-2020 The Lord says, your chance to take the spotlight and the forefront has come. Only use it to glorify my name as you will see many opportunities in this season set before you to advance the Kingdom, says the Spirit of God! 

8-28-2020 The Lord says, if the enemy had power over your ministry, then you would not be going strong today, but now that you see that you are protected and have my blessing on what you are doing for me, then let strength and increased faith be your portion to continue on. Press in deeper, and you will see another realm that you never have seen or experienced before, says the Lord God! 

8-27-2020 When there is bad management and bad leadership within a company or in a Church, then there will be a high turnover rate among the people. It will be like some revolving doors. Many people constantly come in, but many people will constantly go out like a basic training base. People will not be able to stay, not because the people are all bad, but because the leadership at the top is bad and really needs to be changed out or the current leaders needs to be reformed and retrained to think differently if it is possible. That is not always possible. Everything that you do as a leader should be both rooted and grounded in excellence and skill. That is what favors you for the real promotion. See Daniel 6:1-3. 

8-26-2020 Your responsibility as a leader is to deliver the portion that the Lord has committed to you and not to be so concerned about what another leader is doing or not doing. Quite a few leaders are distracted by what other leaders are doing and pursuing so much to the point that they are not doing everything that the Lord has told them to do, but the Lord says, keep your eyes on me and on the assignment that I committed to your trust and be a leader to the ones that I have committed to your care and do not be distracted by that which you see another man or woman doing. When you stand before me you will be judged according to that which I gave you as an assignment, not by that which I gave to someone else. Keep your eyes on the prize and stay in the lane of your high calling and all will be well in the end. My eyes run to and fro throughout the earth says the Lord, and if there is anything that I need to deal with in the lives of others, that will I do, says the Lord! Do not position yourself to try to do what I have the assignment of doing as the Lord; for I will deal accordingly with all of my servants and the wicked in due time, says the Lord! You just stay focused, says the Lord! 

8-25-2020 The Lord says, you are not to compare yourself to others, because you are my mouthpiece, and you will be used to say what I will have you to say and not to sound like an echo for others in the earth or in the Body of Christ. I have tailored your gifting and tailored your uniqueness so that you and everyone that I have put hands on will be diverse and unique, but still say what I would have you to say on my behalf. I would have you to speak from that place of diversity, but unified in the Spirit, because that is how I set it up, says the Lord! 

8-24-2020 The good days have returned, says the Lord! You already have my power in you, but I will put an even greater fire in you that will result in a much greater power that will manifest to heal the sick, to cast out devils, and to bind up the broken hearted. You asked for my power in a greater measure, and I have heard you. Now watch my glory invade and overtake your life and ministry says the Lord; for I will consume you in my fire and set you ablaze with more of me, and you shall minister with my fire, declares the Lord! 

8-23-2020 The Lord says, build according to vision of the Spirit and not according to the natural sight of your eyes and what you currently see. The vision that I gave you stands in the fire and out the fire and in the water and out the water. The vision that I gave you cannot be destroyed, because I am the guarantor of that vision, says the Lord! 

8-22-2020 The Lord says, don’t be afraid of the test as a leader. My wisdom will get you through it, says the Lord! 

8-21-2020 Sometimes in ministry, other leaders will try to bait you and try to get you to fight them by saying all kinds of targeted insults about you and by slamming you or your teachings, but the Lord says, be not lead away by their jealousy and their immaturity, because all such behavior comes from them being lifted up in pride. Focus on what I have called you to do and told you to do and do not be distracted by the workings of other people’s flesh. I will deal with them accordingly in due time if they don’t repent and move away from things that I have not ordained for them to get caught up in. I call for my vessels to be pure and to have pure hearts and pure motives towards others as my servants. You obtain favor when you rise above the petty attacks and the bickering back and forth and adhere to my will and keep the course, says the Lord! When you do, then there is a crown laid up for you and a sure reward waiting on you when it is all said and done and when you pass those tests when persecution arises against you, declares the Lord! (Sometimes people think that they are smarter than God and smarter than all people, and they think that they have some copyright on God and the Bible, and like Elijah, they tend to be deceived into thinking that they are the only prophet left. See 1 Kings 19:10. Let them keep on thinking that, and let them keep gloating in their own glory and tooting their own horn, because after all they are the only one left, right, lol. According to them they are the only one left. Look at 1 Kings 19:14. Don’t laugh at them, just celebrate with them that they are the only one left. At least that is what they seem to think and believe. They are the only one left. They are the super prophet, the super man of God, woman of God. They are the super minister. It is written that they are the only one left, so we all should listen to them only and tune everyone else out on earth and in the Body of Christ, because they are the top of the line and no one else comes close, right. However, God has a different thought for them, actually a rebuke, found in 1 Kings 19:18. That one statement put an end to the deception that the prophet was walking in to believe that he was the only one left and the only one capable of being able to deliver the Word of the Lord. Don’t fight with people. Just tell them that you know that they are the only one left, the last real prophet standing. I am just kidding, don’t tell them that, but pray for them even though they are the only one left.) 

8-20-2020 Some of your main attacks in ministry or in your business is going to come from fellow brethren or people that say they know the Lord if you have not seen that or understood that yet. A lot of your persecution and spiritual warfare is coming from other ministers and ministries that consider themselves to be in competition with you and with others just like the world. Some of them are in need of deliverance, because they can’t see that they are in bondage and are lifted up in pride in coming at you and coming against you. You have to pray for them to be delivered from the assignment of Satan to distract you and attack you. Some people see you and what you do as a threat, and they will try to send word curses against you. Some of them are the main ones that are spreading negative and evil things about you hoping to discredit you and to try and push you out so they can get your members or your clientele if you run a business. They don’t know that they are adding to your strength and you are becoming stronger every time they try to waste their time to launch an attack against you. Those are the same kinds of people that tries to gather people against you and bring all kinds of railing accusations against you and your business or ministry. They are the same ones that runs to the mayor, the governor, or the city council to try to get you shut down. Jesus went through the same things from religious opposition that did not agree with his ministry and his doctrine and his way of doing things, so they fought him. All of the early church apostles had to deal with that same demonic opposition or opposing spirits. In the world right now, the Churches are dealing with that same demonic principality that wants to close the churches down and keep them closed permanently. The only problem with you totally relying on the Internet is that they can cut power and the Internet off and destroy your following if they so choose to do so, so you have to be careful where you place all of your trust, because you are dealing with some crafty people that have thought all of this out beforehand. They knew that some of you would be slow to recognize what is going on. Many international minsters that relied on traveling to fulfill their ministry duties has been shut down and cutoff from them being able to fulfill those duties so they are in the process of having to rethink things and how they have done business. The pandemic caused a lot of things to shift by force, but the real prophetic was saying that these things were coming all along, and voices that were popular to many that you thought was prophetic were caught off guard and still to this day do not even realize yet what things are yet to come and what is going to follow COVID-19. They do not have the stomach to hear those things and to entertain anything that they consider to be bad news or negative at all, because after all they are preaching the good news, so they say, and the sound of anything that is negative goes against what they believe and preach. Pride won’t allow them to open up to what is truth and a fast approaching reality. The Body of Christ has been in the eye of the storm or in a short window or period of time of the mercy and grace of God to prepare for some other things that they need to be in position to deal with, not lie or deny or try to hide from. Besides other plagues like COVID-19, the Body of Christ is going to have to deal with broad coming wars between nations, floods of biblical proportions in many places, famines in some places, attacks by dessert locusts and other insects, earthquakes and disasters and deaths, and you have to be able to lead a people through all of these things the best way you can, but mainly by hearing from the Lord and preparing a strategy. When people among you get laid off or lose their jobs, it is a wrong strategy to beat them up and to blame them for something that is beyond their control or when a storm hit and they lose their livelihood and a leader say they should have been giving more to God. Some things will be wide scale in some areas, and if the Church is not organized with a clear vision going forward, then it will be even more chaos and some governments collapse under the weight of the pressure. You cannot prepare for what you don’t know, see, or agree with that is coming, or if you don’t believe. You can only prepare for what you know ahead of time. Joseph was a prophet sent to Pharaoh to prep him and the land of Egypt for what was to come in the days ahead. It all started with Joseph interpreting Pharaoh’s dream. God will give you leaders insight through dreams and visions, but it is the interpretation and the wisdom of the prophet that advises the safe steps to fare well during the coming storms while you are in a real short window of time. The Lord wanted me to tell you that this season has only been the eye of the storm wherein it seems like it was a little calmer than the waves before it. You are to prep yourself as the Lord leads you. It will be different for different people in different areas. You may also want to look more into satellite technology as a backup when it comes to phone and Internet services to set up a two layer of protection type of plan for when natural things hit, so you don’t get cutoff. 

8-19-2020 Sometimes people may not know the power and the authority that you really hold in the Kingdom, because the Lord has not shown them or told simply because they have nothing to do with our destiny. That may be the basis for them to attack you or to try to discredit you or to try to undermine you in some kind of way and to exalt themselves or to try to lead away those disciples that the Lord has assigned to your life and ministry after them. Look at Acts 20:30. That is dangerous for them, because the wrong people following them will become like a Trojan horse for them that will corrupt their ministry and their people, because they don’t fit with them, because they belong somewhere else. Sometimes people try to rule over people that do not belong with them to their own hurt and shame. See Ecclesiastes 8:9. It is dangerous for you to try to lead people that God never intended for you to lead simply because they were never assigned to you. When you enter the military, they assign you to a specific base and a certain unit that is designed to train you and prepare you for war. After you have completed your basic training and your advanced training, which is to prepare you for your job duty, then you are assigned to a specific military unit that is designed for you to fit with them and they fit with you based upon how you were trained. If you were trained to be a combat soldier as your job duty, then you will be assigned to a combat unit. A lot of people do not know that ministries and churches are set up the exact same way wherein the place where you are assigned has a specialty that the Lord has called and created that church or ministry to do. Some churches have the assignment to make songs and music for the Body of Christ so that is what they do and they attract other singers and artists to their brook that God has assigned them there. Some Churches or ministries have the assignment of prayer and intercessors and that is who they will attract. Some have the assignment of both cooperate and personal prophecy, and they will be in that house or ministry a company of prophets assembled there with that task from God. Anytime a person is out of place it causes problems and it causes pain just like a shoulder out of joint or a fish out of water. It causes severe back pain, because the Lord is saying to them to go back to their place of assignment. See Genesis 16:9 and Ecclesiastes 10:4. Some people have left their place of blessing because they got out of place and got themselves off track. Any time that something hurts it is because something is out of place. When people come against you man of God, woman of God, forgive them, because they don’t know who you are in the natural or in the Spirit, and they don’t know your lot in life and in the Kingdom of God, and they don’t know your assignment and purpose to the full extent though some think they do. Do not be in bondage to people, especially if they are other leaders that somehow think that they should be ruling over you and the entire Body of Christ, because that is not so. They think more highly of themselves than they ought to. See Romans 12:3. The main reason that they are fighting to try to get more members is because God has not been adding to them lately so they are trying to exalt themselves. Acts 2:47 shows you that the Lord is the one that adds daily to the church. All of marketing won’t stand in the end, because it will draw people, but it doesn’t have the power to keep them there and God will eventually lead them out to the place where they really belong, because they won’t be permitted to stay there. See John 10:3 and Ezekiel 13:17-23. Ezekiel 13 as a whole shows you that sometimes the sheep of God gets stuck under the control of witches or up under the control of false and foolish prophets, but in this season the Lord is setting his people free so that they will get to where they belong and need to be, so if you are a real shepherd the Lord will send some of those people to connect with you too, and you are to train and to nurture them and help them to detox from the filth and pollution that they were in all that time dealing with fake pastors and the false prophets and apostles, because some were powerless to know the difference, and he expects you to be a good shepherd and not just someone that sees them as tithes and offerings and use them for that only purpose, but don’t care about their soul and well-being. See Jeremiah 23:1-4 & 3:15. 

8-18-2020 The Lord says, fear not the darkness, because I am the light, and I have the ability to make everything alright. Destiny and greater things are set to unfold in your life, and I still have a purpose for your life in the midst of what you currently see. The rudder on the ship will change and the winds will shift and blow you in a different direction other than where you were traveling. You will set sail in a new direction and with a new wind speed that will take you to a place quicker than you thought was possible. Now is your time to see and to realize the new mantle that I have placed upon you for such a time as this to get things done. Do not fear the winds; for they work for me, and they will carry you places, says the Lord! 

8-17-2020 A good leader’s words pierces the hearts of their followers, especially when they are words that are prophetic in nature or ones that are filled with wisdom or both. However, those that are dull of hearing or offended with you because they listened to the words of the devil that turned them against you for those things that you know not of or if the Lord has revealed it to you, then those ones are not ever going to hear you or receive you anyhow even though some will still listen to your messages, read your writings, and come on the website. Some of you that follow me closely remember when I taught a message more than a year ago on something is coming, and I also said it would be big and to prepare yourself and your families. I gave some other specific details on how to prep for things to come. This was long before COVID-19, and I did not know that it would be COVID-19, but I was saying what the Lord told me. He reveals things in part. I am usually just as shocked when I see certain of the prophecies that he gives me fulfilled. I am one where I never get used to what he says as if it is common, but every time that he speaks, I stand in awe of what he says and I stand in awe when it is fulfilled, especially things that are posted under a Word for the Nations and Strategic Prophecies. There are times that the Lord brings things to my attention and I will hear and see words of things that are coming in which I must post as a heads up, and if I drag my feet, then sometimes those words are suddenly fulfilled and in the news within 24 hours of the Lord revealing it to me, and then I have to repent for moving too slow to post it. However, a lot of words comes in waves and are sometimes fulfilled over and over again and in greater measures. I want to urge you prophets and leaders today, if the Lord shares something with you that he usually releases you to share with your audience or followers or your patrons, then be very quick about your obedience to post it. Don’t miss the moment, because it could be life saving for some people that really needs it to be warned and to get out of harm’s way or to prepare themselves for what thus says the Lord! Never allow yourself to be discouraged or to doubt if what you are hearing is from God or not, but be obedient and you will get your confirmations wherever and whenever it is necessary. Hopefully this wisdom empowers you to obey God when he is speaking to you. Don’t let anyone discourage you either. 

8-16-2020 Your level of promotion from God is determined by how responsible you are with the power he has given you. If you mismanage the power and authority that he has given you, then it could ultimately hinder how high he wants to take you. Lucifer mismanaged his power and authority in Heaven and he was kicked out and got demoted. Our every action as a leader determines our level of increase or decrease, and it also determines our level of promotion or demotion. Eve listened to this same fallen Lucifer that was demoted to devil status after being kicked out of Heaven, and both her and Adam mismanaged their level of power and authority in the earth by listening to a fallen foe, and because they listened and yielded to someone that was kicked out, they too got kicked out of the Garden of Eden. There are some leaders in our day that are also tempted the same way, and they get kicked out of a place because they made a bad choice all because they listened to a wrong voice, that voice of the tempter. Sometimes that voice of the tempter comes through the rogue counsel of a leader that the Lord has already sat down and demoted in the Spirit and in the natural. If you listen to them, then in the end you will have problems too. You see an example of this in 1 Kings Chapter 13. Be wise in who you deal with and listen to as a leader, because it will have an effect on everything that you do and that you experience in ministry and in your personal life, and it will have an effect on your finances too, both personally, in business, and in your ministry or church. Everybody is not an honest and pure source for you to listen to in spite of their status and particulars in life and in ministry. 

8-15-2020 The Lord says, it will appear that time is not on your side in a matter, but I am on your side, and with me all things are very possible. Do not doubt my ability to work that thing in your favor. Do not doubt the power of my right hand among you and at work in your life. I move mountains when I see faith during the process of patience, says the Lord! Some things take time and some things happens very instantaneously. Where is your faith, and what are your expectations of me, ask the Lord? I will do all things in its proper time, says the Lord! 

8-14-2020 The Lord says, be about my business and I will make moves to help you establish your business, and I will help you handle your business and affairs in this life, says the Lord! 

8-13-2020 If you feel like your chances are slim, then don’t give up. The Lord says, I have been able to successfully bailout many people that felt like they were at their wits end. I have strength that has been prepared and made just for your weaknesses. I am your strength in the times of trouble and testing, says the Lord! 

8-12-2020 The Lord says, as a leader you too have to keep your heart pure and be mindful of the types of people that you entertain in your life, because giving the wrong people access to your life can cause many hardships in your life and in your ministry. Stay focused, says the Lord, and be not too broad in who or what you are entertaining, because I speak words to the ones that are pure channels for me to flow through that are not contaminated by the other factions of today’s entertainment ministry world. Not everyone fear me says the Lord, and not everyone knows me that is doing ministry, and not everyone that is doing ministry have been delivered, but many are still broken and in need of deliverance themselves. Keep yourself unspotted, blameless, and pure from all those ones that have other motives for doing what they call ministry, but not at my sanctioning, says the Lord! 

8-11-2020 The Lord says, you need to be careful who you hang around, who you embrace as a leader, and don’t just chase after certain ones that appear to have a gift, because some are operating by a familiar spirit and some are prophesying by Baal, but if you spend time with me in prayer and in my Word, then I will make things plain and things will become a lot clearer to you, so that you do not mix the dark with the light which could damage you, your image, your reputation, your credibility, and your good name in ministry. The Lord says, a lot of people look to you as a person of wisdom and integrity. Do not ruin that by running with people that are of bad intents and questionable motives. My Spirit will reveal all things to you if you walk close with me. Everything that looks authentic or sound authentic is not real, declares the Lord! This is the hour that I will sharpen your discernment, says the Lord! 

8-10-2020 The Lord says, I will put you over some people and put you over some new works in this season, and you will be like a father to them like Abraham was to many nations. Many will be drawn to you to be mentored and trained. 

8-9-2020 As a leader, God will show you how to break many things from over your life and from over the lives of the people, families, marriages, businesses, missions, churches, and more. He will give you insight into root causes and what is going on, then that will be a major key to you being able to break and destroy strongholds and evil curses that hinder people’s lives and all those areas I mentioned. As you seek the Lord for a deeper realm in him in this season, you will see greater access from him into these higher and deeper realms. Don’t put him in a box, because there are still many things that you do not know yet or have not encountered just yet, and as you go into different regions and places of the world, you will see that Jesus name is the same, but some will require a very different anointing and power to break certain things or to go up against and take out an entire principality that stands as a demonic prince over a region. Casting out demons is one level, but taking out a prince or principality is a whole different level, but the Lord will give you the victory and the strategies to do so, but all things must be undergirded in prayer and much intercessions beforehand and during the mission and assignment. 

8-8-2020 The Lord says, my grace goes beyond your human strength, and you will see the faith and the strength that you need to carry on and to get things done in this season. Now is the time of your victory, and wisdom in your portion in this season for the things that are at hand, says the Lord! 

8-7-2020 In ministry, God will surround you with people to help you and that got your back. You move as a team and you move as a squad as you move in the Spirit and even as you move prophetically. Some will be intercessors, some will be more of a watchman, and some will be straight prophets, and some will be your support ops, even financial backers, but the spirit of prophecy and the anointing will be mightily upon everyone around you and that is connected to you to bring liberation, freedom, deliverance, healing, and restoration to those captives that Satan has bound and in chains. As you move by the Spirit to set them free, you will see over time how the anointing of God that is upon you with great grace will continue to increase and multiply and the different types of miracles, deliverances, and healings will also increase. The God you serve is big and mighty, and he will demonstrate himself through you, and he will demonstrate his powers through you and to you to show you his mighty acts and his wonderful works. In this season, you will see him demonstrate himself to you and through you on a whole different level, and the things that were troubling certain people will suddenly fall off of them even as they come in contact with you. This is your year of victory, says the Lord, but this is also your season to see manifestation by Spirit on a higher level and from a place of a much deeper realm, says the Lord! I even hear the Lord say, “Deeper Wells, Much Deeper Wells,” says God! Those that are with you will be with you and those that are for you will be for you, and those that are not with you and not for you will be exposed so that you do not waste time with demons and satanic plots with the fake and the imposters. 

8-6-2020 The Lord God says, you are one that has been tested, but you will be one that see my glory manifested in your midst, in your life, and everything that pertains to you. You have been chosen and selected to see my glory and to see all of my favor and goodness in this hour, says the Lord! I have expansion and increase on my mind for you, even during a time of pandemic, declares the Lord! 

8-5-2020 The Lord says, look beyond what you see now and see me standing in your midst to show you direction and to show you the way. I have not willed for you to be confused about any matters during these times, but I have given you my assurance and peace to guide you within. My will for you has not changed, and what I have purposed for your life and called you to do still stands. Only be strong and of a good courage and do all that I have put within you, says the Lord! 

8-4-2020 The Lord God is going to cause you and the works that you are called to and have been doing to be recognized in this season in a new and notable way. One of the reasons that he is going to do it is because he needs some new people to connect with you to form his new army to get all the tasks done that he has shown to you in a vision, and the people will come alongside and follow the vision as you get the greenlight from him to release more of the details at the appointed time in the very near future. The Lord says, this is a season for you to think fast, but to move in sync with him as he orders your steps. You will see your signs and confirmation as you move in sync and keep in step with me without breaking ranks, says the Lord! 

8-3-2020 A visionary has to be able see the many opportunities that exist in times like these. The Lord says, as a leader I am calling you to be that visionary. I am calling you to be one that leads my people into their modern day land of milk and honey, says the Lord! 

8-2-2020 #1) The Lord says, break into a new season by shedding off your old way of thinking. Give yourself a faith lift by polishing up on the things that build up your faith. Spend time in my Word and meditating on my promises, and you will see some new provision breakthrough for you, says the Lord! #2) You have to be careful how you poke holes at other ministers, unless you don’t see your own blind spots in life. It will be easy for you to see, spot, and call out someone else’s faults and issues, but you will be blind to see your own, even when you are doing the exact same things, but in different ways. See Luke 6:37-42, Romans 2:1-13. 

8-1-2020 Strong women produce strong women and strong men produce strong men. Strong leaders produce other strong leaders. Strength in you as a leader is the key to producing strong leaders of tomorrow and of the future.
